As an associate with Chaitons’ Commercial Real Estate Group, Ryan’s practice includes various aspects of commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, financing and project development. Ryan also practices with Chaitons’ Corporate and Commercial Law Group, with a focus on secured lending.
Ryan graduated with a Bachelor of Arts (Hons.) Degree in Criminal Justice and Public Policy from the University of Guelph in 2011 and obtained his Juris Doctor from Western University in 2016.
Prior to law school, Ryan worked at one of Canada’s largest financial institutions and gained experience in the real estate field as a Real Estate Broker.
Since his call to the Ontario Bar in 2017, Ryan has implemented client-focused strategies to achieve positive results for his clients on a variety of corporate, commercial and real estate matters.
Outside of the office Ryan enjoys travelling, sports and spending time outdoors.
