Victoria advises for-profit and non-profit developers and housing organizations on the structuring, financing, and delivery of condominium developments and affordable housing programs within the realities of Ontario’s condominium and mortgage framework. Her practice operates at the intersection of condominium law, municipal financing, and development, where she navigates complex, multi-party arrangements and aligns affordable housing objectives with the constraints of existing regulatory rules. Clients value her organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage intricate files while anticipating challenges in this evolving, policy-driven area.

Her practice focuses on condominium development for both for-profit and non-profit developers, with particular depth in affordable homeownership programs. She works across the full development lifecycle, from acquisition and structuring through to financing, closing, and unit transfers, frequently collaborating with municipalities to establish the legal and financing frameworks that underpin these projects. Victoria has supported the development of affordable housing programs in Ontario, counselling on vendor take-back mortgages, provincial funding structures, and long-term homeownership models. She also advises on condominium development, commercial real estate acquisitions and dispositions, leasing, and general project development.

Before joining Chaitons LLP, Victoria practised at a Toronto firm focused on commercial real estate and corporate law. She was called to the Bar in Ontario in 2019 and is also a licensed attorney in New York. Earlier in her career, she worked at the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia in The Hague. Outside the office, she enjoys Pilates, cooking new cuisines, and maintaining her book blog.
