Maleeha is an associate in the firm’s Insolvency and Restructuring Group, where she practices primarily in the areas of Bankruptcy, Insolvency, Restructuring and related litigation. 

Maleeha began her career at Chaitons as a summer student and completed her articles with the firm before being Called to the Bar in Ontario in 2025.

Maleeha completed her Juris Doctor at Western University, where she combined her passion for community engagement and leadership as President of Western Law Foodies and an active volunteer with Pro Bono Students Canada. In recognition of her commitment to equity and advocacy, she was awarded the Diana Majury–Cheryl Waldrum Award.

Prior to law school, Maleeha earned an Honours Bachelor of Commerce degree from McMaster University, equipping her with a strong foundation in business and strategic thinking that she brings to her legal practice.

Outside of practice, you will find Maleeha exploring scenic hiking trails and planning her future travels abroad.
