Luca works with developers, owners, and investors on commercial real estate transactions where execution, organization, and effective communication are critical. He is recognized for his thorough, patient, and methodical approach, which brings structure and clarity to complex real estate transactions.
His practice centres on commercial real estate matters, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, title requisitions, and borrower-side financing, with experience supporting the real estate components of dental and professional services transactions. Having previously advised institutional lenders on enforcement matters, including security reviews, collateral realization, guarantee collections, and distressed-borrower scenarios, Luca brings a practical understanding of lending considerations on both sides of a transaction.
Luca was called to the Bar in Ontario in 2024 and is also a licensed non-practicing attorney in New York State. He joined Chaitons LLP as an articling student in 2023. Outside the office, Luca enjoys travelling, playing hockey and golf and supporting AS Roma.
