We want your experience at Chaitons to be one where you continue to learn and where you will develop valuable skills that will benefit your future; therefore, one of our partners or associates will be assigned to you as a mentor. He or she will be an important resource for discussion of issues and questions. Your mentor will also oversee the allocation of work assignments, monitor the quality of work assigned and provide valuable advice.

Your articling year at Chaitons will provide opportunities to participate in work on challenging cases. We've structured our student program to ensure you gain exposure to all areas of our firm. As such, we're able to help you develop your legal and professional skills so that you can quickly begin to assume significant responsibility on matters and transactions.

Quality feedback is important to growth; therefore, upon completion of each practice area rotation, we provide our students with a complete evaluation. We also ask our students to evaluate their experience at Chaitons so that we can continue to improve the experience for students who will come after you.
