Barry Rotenberg

In memory of our friend and colleague Barry Rotenberg, who passed away on Sunday, October 26, 2025.

Barry was a brilliant lawyer and a trusted advisor who practiced real estate law at Chaitons since 2016, when he joined the firm as Counsel. His expertise, dedication, warmth, and unfailingly kind demeanour left a lasting impact on everyone who had the privilege of working with him over his long and distinguished career.

Throughout his life, Barry took immense pride in his community and charitable work, including his support of Mount Sinai Hospital, the Jewish National Fund Campaign, United Way, and Canadian Friends of Boys Town Jerusalem.

Barry will be greatly missed. We extend our heartfelt condolences to his family and to his longtime assistant, Cheryl, who worked alongside him for more than 50 years. Their enduring partnership was a testament to loyalty, trust, and mutual respect, and our thoughts are with her during this difficult time.
