Student Program

At Chaitons, we look for individuals with open minds, an eagerness to learn and who want to feel they are part of the Chaitons team from their first day.

• Summer Student Program runs May to August.
• Articling Student Program commences in July.

The firms goal is to have our students become future lawyers and partners at Chaitons; therefore, we take our student obligations seriously.

During your placement, you receive work assignments from various lawyers. Each assigning lawyer is responsible for evaluating your performance and providing relevant feedback. We also see client contact as a critical component to a student’s development; therefore, as appropriate, we do ensure you will have direct client contact. Chaitons’ student program will help you develop your legal and professional skills.
