Mark’s practice consists largely of commercial litigation representing financial institutions in proceedings involving injunctions and court-appointed receiverships before all level of courts including the Supreme Court of Canada. He has particular expertise acting on behalf of institutional lenders on construction liens, collection matters and security enforcement.

Obtained his B.A. Carleton University in 1972 and earned his LL.B. from the University of Windsor Law School in 1977.
